£19 a week, no contract

One price covers the whole service, and you can stop whenever you like.

Run by AI, and open about it

An AI system built on 35 years of appointment-setting experience does the work. That is what keeps the price this low.

Your pitch is checked first

We only send pitches we believe will work. If yours isn't ready, you leave with free advice on fixing it.

How it works

Four steps. We do the first three, and the fourth takes you fifteen minutes a day.

1. Free pitch check

A short guided conversation about what you sell, who buys it and why. If your pitch isn't ready, we'll tell you how to fix it.

2. We build it and send it

Three emails and a landing page, written for you and sent to 3,000 decision makers a week at UK limited companies that match your buyer.

3. Your morning report

Each weekday morning you see who showed interest. Every click is checked first, so the list is people and not security software.

4. You follow up

Each person arrives with a message already drafted. Read it, send it, and you're done in fifteen minutes.

What lands each morning

A sample of the morning report and one of the follow-ups drafted from it. The people and details shown are illustrative.

To Sarah M., Operations Director

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for taking a look at our page on cutting packaging waste. I thought it might be relevant to something you're working on at the moment.

We recently helped a manufacturer of a similar size reduce their waste costs, and I'd be glad to share how. Would a short call on Thursday or Friday suit you?

Kind regards,
James

Real people, not robots

A large share of clicks on business email comes from security software checking links. Trust an ordinary click report and you end up chasing people who never saw your email. We check every click five ways.

  • Page behaviour

People scroll, pause and read. Software doesn't.

  • Hidden links

A link no person can see. Only software follows it.

  • Timing

A click seconds after delivery is a scanner at work.

  • Network

Security firms and data centres are recognised and set aside.

  • Return visits

Someone who comes back the next day is a person.

Felix Clarke

The person behind the system

I am Felix Clarke. For more than 35 years my work has been getting people in front of the buyers they want to meet, first by phone and then by email.

EmailFirst is that experience built into an AI system. It judges a pitch the way I would, chooses the audience the way I would, and tells real interest from noise the way I have learned to. The system does the day-to-day work, and says so, which is how the price stays at £19 a week.

Questions, answered plainly

Who is EmailFirst for?

UK businesses that sell to other businesses, with someone able to spend a few minutes each morning following up. We email people at UK limited companies, so it suits firms whose buyers work in them.

What is the free pitch check?

A short guided conversation about what you sell, who buys it and why they should choose you. Expect to be challenged where the answers are vague. It costs nothing and no card is needed.

What if my pitch isn't ready?

We'll tell you, explain why, and show you what would fix it. You can come back with changes, or with evidence such as results or testimonials, whenever you like. We'd rather say so now than send something that won't work.

When am I charged?

Only once your pitch has passed the check and you choose to go ahead. The first weekly payment is taken then, and weekly after that.

Whose email address do the emails come from?

They are sent from our own sending servers, not from your mailbox, so your domain and inbox are not put at risk. Each email names your business as the sender, and replies are passed on to you.

Who do the emails go to?

Named decision makers at UK limited companies, chosen to match the buyer your pitch is written for. We supply the contacts, so you don't need a list of your own.

How do you know a click is a real person?

A large share of clicks on business email comes from security software checking links. Every click is checked several ways, including how the visitor behaves on your landing page. Only those confirmed as people reach your report.

How many leads should I expect?

It depends on your pitch and your market, and we would rather not quote a figure we can't stand behind. You see exactly who engaged every morning, and you can stop at any time if the numbers don't work for you.

Is this run by AI?

Yes. EmailFirst is run by an AI system built on 35 years of appointment-setting experience. It runs your pitch check, writes your campaign, prepares your report and makes the morning call if you add it. You will always know when you are dealing with it.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Billing is weekly and there is no contract. Extras can be switched on or off from one week to the next.

How do you handle opt-outs and the rules on business email?

Every email identifies the sender and carries a working opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured straight away. We email people at limited companies only, as the UK rules on business email require.
